Founded in Sydney in 2021, Forte Tech Solutions (FTS) is an institutional OTC dealer built to bring the rigour of traditional markets to digital assets. FTS trades and settles stablecoins and digital assets as principal, with firm prices on size and same-day fiat settlement.

FTS works with market makers, exchanges, trading funds, OTC desks, payment service providers and custodians. Clients trade through the desk, the platform or the API, whichever suits how they work.

Fadi Kassis
Founder and CEO
Fadi founded Forte Tech Solutions in 2021 to give institutions a faster bridge between traditional money and digital assets. He spent over 20 years trading European equity derivatives at Commerzbank and Dresdner Kleinwort.
Quentin Adam
Chief Technology Officer
Quentin leads Forte’s technology and co-founded AUDF in 2023. He previously founded Numerium3, a digital asset arbitrage fund, and was COO of B2C2 after starting at Barclays Capital.
Arthur Clarkson
Head of Trading
Arthur heads the OTC desk at Forte Tech Solutions and trading for AUDF. He previously traded cash equities at Forte Securities Limited and Taylor Collison.

Francisco has over 30 years in financial markets and has advised Forte on digital assets since 2018. He previously brokered AUD swap options at BGC and founded Quadra, an equity derivatives firm in Geneva.
